Terrace Restaurant Head Chef Simon Arkless is headed to the city to team up with his protégé, Bottega Head Chef Dusty Treweek for an exciting one-off collaborative dinner at the buzzing Bourke Street restaurant on Friday, 25 October.

The evening will see the celebrated chefs cook up guests a joint four-course feast using premium produce from North East Victoria and the city to present an exciting four-course dinner.
