Food & Beverage Innovation Forum – FBIF2024

How can certainty be built into the food and beverage industry and new growth drivers found? With the theme "Unbox the Future", Food & Beverage Innovation Forum (FBIF2024) will explore category innovation, technology empowerment, channel revolution, and many other topics.

More than 240 speakers are expected to join us and dive into global innovations and business cases under 150+ topics.

Competition is spiralling up, business growth stagnating, consumer segments and their spending patterns polarising amid violent market changes. Industrial restructuring is impacting the food & beverage world, and the challenges urge FBIF to continue its focus on innovation.

FBIF2024 takes "Unbox the Future" as the theme and discusses how can businesses break the inertia of "involution".

The FBIF2024 forum will last for three days, consisting of a plenary session and 11 sub-forums. The plenary session will take place on the last day.

The 11 sub-forums are Dairy Talks, Snack & Baking, Drink Talks, Alcohol Talks, Condiment & 3R Food, Ingredient Talks, Channel Talks, Pack Talks, Marketing Talks, Startup Talks and Tech Talks.

New changes are added to spice up the sub-forums. The Channel Talks will be enriched with a one-day discussion dedicated to overseas business expansion.

On Day One of FBIF2024, Alcohol Talks offers an immersive experience through its MasterClass. The new sub-forum Tech Talks will focus more on AI application in the food and beverage consumer market, future food and business sustainability. Check the confirmed speakers of FBIF2024.

Meanwhile, FBIF Wow Food Awards and FBIF iFood Show, an exhibition of food innovations that covers over 62,000 square meters, will bring a splash of inspirations.

FBIF iFood Show as a concurrent exhibition of FBIF, focuses on innovation and aims to provide food and beverage companies with a professional display and communication platform, complementing the forum and jointly promoting the industry development.

The exhibition area of FBIF iFood Show 2024 is 62,000+ square meters, accommodating 900+ exhibitors, and the number of visitors is expected to exceed 47,000.
