Beaujolais Nouveau Day | Parlour, QT Sydney

An ode to the Old-World French tradition of Beaujolais Nouveau Day, Wednesday the 15th of November, is a day where the new harvest of Beaujolais is celebrated.

When the sun goes down, the party picks up and late-night revellers roar. Discover something magical in our drops department, led by Head Sommelier, Samantha Belt.

A legacy from 1590, a 2022 Maison Piron Beaujolais-Villages is Parlour’s pick to pour. This characterful terroir wine will take you to a time of old with depth, freshness and verve.

Celebrate and soiree with $10 glasses and $10 cheese raclette jaffles served with comté crisps, from 9pm.

Come sink into lived-in luxury and kick on until the ‘oui’ hours in Parlour.
