International spirits company, Bacardi Limited, has made several internal leadership moves – with Dave Ingram appointed to the role of chief people & business transformation officer, and Nicole Zukowski to chief supply chain officer.

Ingram, who previously served as chief supply chain officer, brings a global view to the new role. The company stated he will continue to prioritise talent management, succession planning, performance management, and capability building in the position of chief people & business transformation officer, reporting directly to CEO Mahesh Madhavan.

The appointment takes effect immediately, subject to pending approval by the Bermuda Immigration Authority, where he will be based at Bacardi’s global headquarters.

With Ingram’s move, Bacardi has promoted Nicole Zukowski to the role of chief supply chain officer, also working in Bermuda. Her previous position as senior vice president of North America supply chain involved management of production and manufacturing teams across the region, and she will now oversee all supply chain teams across the portfolio of Bacardi brands and around the globe.

Guillermo Donayre will succeed Zukowski as senior vice president of North America supply chain, and current vice president market supply chain Europe, Pamela Chanona, will add Latin America and the Caribbean to her responsibilities.

These changes will come into effect 1 January 2026. The company stated the moves underscored its global approach to leadership development and a commitment to talent.

“We’re proud to appoint exceptional talent from within our organisation into these critical roles,” said Madhavan.

“These leaders have consistently demonstrated deep expertise, a strong commitment to our values, and the ability to lead at scale. Their appointments reflect not only their individual accomplishments, but also our belief in growing leadership from within our own teams.”

Home to brands such as Grey Goose, Patrón, Bacardi, Bombay Sapphire, and Angel's Envy, Bacardi-Martini Australia is the local branch of Bacardi Limited. The company relocated its headquarters closer to the Sydney CBD in October last year, and recently announced a distribution agreement with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), alongside a significant number of rumoured staff cuts.
