Tikaram joins Good Food Month to share a culture-clashing menu with Canberra at a special two-night event (Friday 13 March and Saturday 14 March) at the award-winning Malaysian-inspired Lanterne Rooms. Tikaram, a former Good Food Guide Young Chef of the Year winner, earned early recognition during stints at Sydney kitchens Bentley and Tetsuya’s, then as head chef of the now-closed but much-loved Longrain.

Guided by award-winning chef Ben Willis, this year’s round of young chefs will be serving up a feast you won’t forget. The full line up of talented young chefs will be announced soon.
