2025 Gluten Free Lifestyle Show

The 2025 Gluten Free Lifestyle Show, presented by Gluten Free Cook, is taking place from 3-4 May at Melbourne's Moonee Valley Racecourse. Dedicated to showcasing Australia’s leading gluten free vendors, the event will feature a gluten free market hall filled with dining options, a food truck park, live cooking demonstrations by renowned chefs, cooking and lifestyle seminars by health practitioners and over 15 presenters and three stages across the weekend.

Masterclasses will be held by nutritionist Alia Steglinksi, dietician Nicole Marie, and Olivia Jackson from @yumglutenfree, and the first 1000 guests each day will receive a gluten free chef gift bag valued at $50.

  • Saturday 3 May will feature GluteGuard Ambassador Ariarne Titmus onstage at midday with Luke Hines to share her journey to gold while managing a gluten free diet, and again at 2pm for a cooking demonstration. Meet them both from 3pm at the GluteGuard lounge.
  • Sunday 4 May will be a family-friendly kids’ day out, with celebrity chefs’ Stephen Dennis, Simon Toohey, Bart Beek, and gluten free adapted cultural cuisine by Hoda Hannaway and Juan de la Cruz. Enjoy a demonstration with @YumGlutenFree on family friendly recipes, and a magic show at 12.15.
