Pet wellness brand, Petervescence, has introduced treat-a-balls, a new line of premium dog treats made in New Zealand with human-grade, plant-based ingredients.
As pet ownership in Australia reaches one of the highest rates globally – 69 per cent of households – treat-a-balls meets the growing trend of pet parenting, by offering nutritious, health-focused treats for pets who are part of the family.
Available in three fruit-and-veggie-packed flavours – Cranberry, Pumpkin & Apple; Mango, Chia & Spinach; and Peanut Butter, Blueberry & Banana – treat-a-balls bring a new, innovative option to the market.
Each 18-ball pack (RRP $12.99 including GST) is non-GMO, gluten-free, and free from refined sugars, fillers, additives, and preservatives. These treats are formulated to provide a balanced, plant-based addition to a dog’s diet at any life stage.
Petervescence co-founder, Neil Cox, said the company created Treat-a-Balls with the belief that pet treats should meet the same quality standards as human food.
“With the global human-grade pet food market now valued at an estimated USD $129 billion, we wanted to bring the same level of quality to treats, using clean, plant-based ingredients that both pet owners and pets can enjoy,” said Cox.
Produced with FDA-approved, human-grade ingredients, treat-a-balls are held to the same standards as human food, with clean, transparent ingredients and no fillers or GMOs. The treats also come in recyclable packaging, underscoring Petervescence’s commitment to sustainable practices.
