Australian bakery, Simson’s Pantry, has launched its new High Protein Mini Pizza Bases, delivering 6 grams of protein per serve to meet a growing demand for healthy, convenient foods that suit modern lifestyles.

Recognising that Australians are more conscious than ever about their health and nutrition, Simson’s Pantry set out to create a product that delivers on macros and great taste.

Made in Maryborough, Victoria, the mini pizza bases are crafted from high-quality ingredients and join Simson’s Pantry’s growing High Protein Range, which includes the popular High Protein Souvlaki flatbreads launched in May.

Simson’s Pantry head of marketing and growth, Mark Malak, said the company saw a clear opportunity to reinvent a family favourite, as more Australians look for higher protein options.

“This product is all about balance. We want people to enjoy their favourite foods without compromising their nutritional needs. Our new High Protein Mini Pizza Base makes it easier to enjoy pizza night with a healthier twist that still tastes great,” said Malak.

“The mini format is perfect for portion-controlled lunchboxes or snacks, whether sweet or savoury, and is well suited to cooking in air fryers. It’s a quick, wholesome solution that fits modern Australian life.”

Simson’s Pantry High Protein Mini Pizza Bases are now available at Woolworths and Coles supermarkets, for RRP $4.50 in a six-pack.
