Central Coast based distillery, Distillery Botanica, is getting into the festive swing, with the return of its We Three Kings Christmas gin and a brand new berry liqueur launch.

Created by Distillery Botanica’s master distiller, Philip Moore, from a family recipe, the company states the glittering We Three Kings gin will add pizzazz to Christmas cocktails, or make for a dazzling gift.

The annual We Three Kings Christmas gin – a festive spirit complete with gold, frankincense and myrrh, and distilled with the flavours of traditional Christmas pudding – is available for a limited time for $99.

Moore has also prepared his annual berry liqueur, ready for summer soirees. This year’s concoction is a Boysenberry Liqueur ($65) made with handpicked Tasmanian boysenberries, which produce a rich and velvety drop bursting with bold berry notes, a touch of warming spice and a ruby port finish.

A true hybrid of raspberry, blackberry, and loganberry, the company stated the beverage brings together the best of all berries in one unforgettable liqueur that can be used for cocktails, desserts, or on its own.

The We Three Kings gin and Boysenberry Liqueur are now available for purchase online at distillerybotanica.com.
