Little Creatures, which is owned by Little World Beverages, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lion Nathan, has launched its third Winter Seasonal Release.

Fire Falcon Hoppy Red uses some Falconer’s Flight hops which provide the beer’s aromas of fresh citrus and pine.

They originate from the Pacific Northwest of the US, a region known for its coastline.

The malt bill contains six select specialty malts including Rye Malt, Caramunich T1, Cararoma, Golden Naked Oats, Chocolate Malt, and the red hues of Carared.

The brewer has also blended Falconers Flight and Centennial hop varieties to create a unique blend of flavours.

The creators describe it as “the perfect harmony of malt, hops, water and yeast”.

Little Creatures breweries are found in Fremantle and Geelong, Australia.
