I found the event very good and it offered a great opportunity to learn about the industry. One of the elements that I enjoyed was the context that you provided through insights into the market … its influencers, customers and partners. Jules Lund’s session was an example of this as were the ‘case studies’ presented. I found it interesting that many of the presentations and comments from people in the room echoes those of our customers, there are parallels between the industries / markets as people face the challenge of change. Events like these are always stimulating and thought-provoking, and give one a renewed perspective on one’s own business. I’ve learnt over the years that usually in these events there is only a portion of the content that is relevant but in the case of this conference everything had some form of relevance.
