McCormick has again peered into the crystal ball to uncover the hottest new food and beverage trends, and according to its Flavour Forecast 2015, the future looks smoky and sour - and classic cookies and milk get a modern makeover.
McCormick, which makes a range of herbs, spices and recipe bases, says its annual Flavour Forecast is a catalyst for innovation within the broader food industry, with past reports helping to move once unfamiliar ingredients and trends into mainstream popularity.
