Foodpro will be packed full of new products, new equipment, and important conversations about industry hot topics this July in Sydney.

Innovation seems to be the keyword for many of the exhibitors, according to organisers.

"Exhibitors such as Nano Bubble Technologies will be showing their unique injector technology, something that could change how food producers and manufacturers deal with sanitation, or even as a substitute for stabilising agents in food," event director Peter Petherick said.

The innovation on show extends to larger equipment too, with new conveyer belt technologies, industrial ovens and packaging tools.

Foodpro 2017 is believed to be the largest ever staged, with two levels of the newly built ICC exhibition building to be covered by exhibitors.

Beyond the exhibition halls, foodpro will also occupy another floor for education opportunities.

Seminars focused on education, innovation and discussion about the food processing and manufacturing industry have been confirmed.

  • Wiley will share on the future of decision making in the food supply chain;
  • Merieux NutriSciences will speak on getting food to market – making the most of your food label;
  • The NSW Food Authority will share on labelling and the law.

Foodpro 2017 will be held from 16 to 19 July at Sydney's International Convention Centre (ICC) in Darling Harbour. Find more information here
