Emrich Industries will highlight its PFM Pearl and Hurricane horizontal flow wrappers, its Nemesis metal detector and checkweigher, and the new PFM R-Series of vertical machines at Foodpro this July.

The PFM Pearl is a full-service horizontal pillow-pack wrapper that makes pillow-pack style packs from a flat reel of heat/cold sealable wrapping material.

Offering sturdy construction with a carbon steel fabricated frame, as well as a compact design, the software is reliable and operator-friendly, according to Emrich.

The PFM Hurricane is a horizontal flowrap machine that can produce closed packs with three sealed edges from a reel of heat-sealable wrapping material.

The PFM R-Series is a range of VFFS packaging machines designed by MBP which combines hardware and software, and the Nemesis HSC350 C-Series checkweigher integrates the quality control line when space is at a premium.

Sturdy and flexible, it can be easily fitted with a metal detector plus display and labelling systems. The system can be easily sanitised and hygienised due to its flat, easily accessed surfaces.

Emrich Industries can be found at stand G55at Foodpro.
