A new Roto-Lock dosing system will be installed as standard on all of Haver & Boecker's new packing machines for dry bulk materials.

A specialist in processing and packaging solutions, Haver & Boecker will exhibit its new Roto-Lock dosing technology at AUSPACK 2019.

While the Roto-Lock system will be standard on all new Roto-Packer, Integra and Elementra packing machines for dry bulk materials, it can also be retrofitted to existing machines.

The company claims the Roto-Lock’s maintenance-free dosing, clean filling, and durable components reduce product loss and downtime, leading to reduced costs, higher product yields, and higher profits.

The system also creates a completely closed filling channel that does not require readjustments to the dosing unit once installed.

Haver & Boecker will display the Roto-Lock system at AUSPACK 2019 as part of its Elementra EVT-1 Seal Edition packing machine with the stand also featuring its R-Class reject screen and its Elementra Type 14 filler.
