Knife edge rollers developed by Igus offer precise and quick movement of goods and food stuffs at a time of great pressure for plants to speed up.

The rollers, made of the material iglidur H1, are useful when conveyor belts have to be defected with precision in narrow spaces with narrow radii.

They are cost-effective, lubrication-free, maintenance-free, and Igus says they use installation space to the maximum, even with small bend radii.

The rollers have a long service life, even at higher temperatures. The choice of chemically resistant iglidur H1 is helpful, especially when the rollers are exposed to aggressive cleaning media.

To implement an exact deflection of conveyor belts, Igus has developed a standard range for different application areas.

Besides the new iglidur H1 for high transport speeds, there is the universally applicable iglidur P210, as well as the FDA-compliant materials iglidur A180 for temperatures up to 90 degrees celsius.

The iglidur A350 suits application environments with temperatures of up to 180 degrees. Independent of the material, all the rollers have a compact design and offer high efficiency. The rollers are available from Treotham Automation.
