Guided by award-winning chef Ben Willis, this year’s round of young chefs will be serving up a feast you won’t forget.

Take a seat at the table at Aubergine, Canberra’s sleek fine-diner that has consistently been awarded two Good Food Guide chefs hats for the past seven years, and take in the flavours, presentation and creativity of this new generation of Australian talent.

Good Food Month presented by Citi is committed to shining a spotlight on the most exciting rising stars in kitchens today.

The full line up of talented young chefs will be announced soon. With four courses including wine and beer, this is a rare chance to meet the chefs before they gain their inevitable hats.
