THE MACALLAN AND ARIA PRESENT AN EVENING OF DECADENCE AND DECANTERS

The Macallan invites you to an evening of decadence at Aria Restaurant in the exquisite Harbour Room. Join National Brand Ambassador and whisky expert, Josh O’Brien, as he guides you through a tasting of four whiskies and their unique flavour profiles and stories. Indulge your senses with a tasting of Macallan Double Cask range and the exceptional Rare Cask, paired perfectly with a 6-course exclusive menu from Aria's Executive Chef Joel Bickford, all whilst enjoying Opera House views. Learn how to pair whisky with delicious food as Joel and Josh talk you through the courses. All proceeds from the evening will be donated to the affiliated charity ‘Thankful For Farmers’. This food and whisky pairing event will begin at 6pm on Wednesday February 3rd 2021, with dinner served promptly at 6:30pm.
