National Food Waste Summit

The countdown is on for the highly anticipated 2024 National Food Waste Summit in Melbourne on 24-25 July. Promising to be a pivotal event in the fight against food waste, this year's summit boasts an impressive lineup of international speakers and Australian experts, all united in their dedication to addressing one of the most critical environmental challenges of our time.

The National Food Waste Summit is hosted by End Food Waste Australia, Australia's leading organisation dedicated to ending food waste and insecurity for a more sustainable Australian food industry. It will be held from Wednesday 24 July 8am-6pm to Thursday 25 July 8am-4pm. The theme of this year's Summit is 'ending food waste starts with all of us'.

The event will also be hosting Foodbank Australia's inaugural Leading Change Food Waste Action Awards on day one.

End Food Waste Australia (formally Fight Food Waste Cooperative Research Centre and Stop Food Waste Australia) is proud to host Australia's biggest gathering, dedicated to ending food waste.

Network and participate in candid discussions and debates with leading industry, government and research experts to help inspire solutions that will deliver economic, social, and environmental benefits for all Australians.
