Gin connoisseurs rejoice - from 21 – 24 November Gin Palooza returns to Sydney’s majestic Paddington Town Hall for a four day celebration of the wonderful world of gin.

The Festival brings together 39 of Australia and New Zealand’s leading craft gin distillers, offering patrons a plethora of world class masterclasses and morning and afternoon sessions: featuring over 200 gins, bottomless tastings of fresh botanicals, inspiring meet the makers sessions, illuminating masterclasses with cutting-edge craft gin producers and a gourmet tapas banquet.

Participating distillers include: Giniversity, Never Never, Ambleside, Ironbark Distillery, Brisbane Distillery, Four Pillars Gin, Karu, Broken Heart spirits, and The National Gin Company.

Enter the refreshing realm of elite craft distillers at one of the Festival’s spectacular masterclasses which include: Bill Lark Masterclass (22 Nov), an informative history lesson and hands on gin tasting extravaganza with Australia’s godfather of modern craft distilling; Giniversity Master Class (23 Nov), refine your botanical blending prowess and invigorate your taste buds as you craft your very own gourmet infusion; and Karu Distillers Master Class (24 Nov), explore the eclectic taste profiles of the mighty juniper berry before treating yourself to premium cocktails and luxurious gin tinged chocolate at the High G&Tea Party.

Not to be missed are the Festival’s sumptuous selection of mouth-watering offerings – fulfil your fantasies with a tantalising bite from the gourmet tapas bar, sip on an exquisite espresso martini from Schibello Coffee and savour one of the delectable flavours available from Strange Love Premium Tonics.

The season kicks off in style with the Gin Awards Presentation Dinner (21 Nov) which will include six coveted trophy gins served with an expertly matched three course meal. To top it all off guests will be treated to a welcome G&T, celebration champagne and a gin-infused cabaret performance from Mother’s Ruin.

Australia’s leading business expo for natural and healthy products, Naturally Good, is returning on 2-4 June at the Sydney International Convention Centre in Darling Harbour. Visitor registrations are now open.
