Boutique coffee roasting company The Blessed Bean believes men and women have different tastes when it comes to coffee, and it has created two new blends with this in mind.

Men prefer a more bitter brew, it says, and to this end the company has created the masculine ‘Hombre’ blend, with deep chocolate and hazelnut flavours and hints of tobacco.

Women seem to prefer sweeter blends, the company says, so it has based its ‘Senorita’ product, which has ripe fruit characteristics, on this premise.

These are being sold at selected outlets and online at theblessedbean.com.au.

The blends come in 250g, 500g and 1kg packs which retail for $14, $26
and $45 respectively.
