Bulla has launched a range of products in larger packaging, to be used by chefs wanting to reduce waste.

The products use form-cut bain marie-style packaging which is stackable and fit-for-service.

Bulla worked alongside trade partners and chefs to produce the solution, which consists of six varieties: Premium Sour Cream, Light Sour Cream, Crème Fraiche and Dollop Thick Cream – each in 1.5L tubs; and Natural Pot Set Yoghurt and Greek Style Yoghurt – both in 1.4L tubs.

David Sloan, general manager – commercial, said Bulla had worked with commercial chefs for decades and understood the pressures of busy kitchens.

"Through our ongoing research and innovation forums we discovered there was an opportunity to better serve our chefs, freeing up time and reducing waste.

"Bulla Gastronorm is a great achievement which trade partners and chefs will be happy with."
