Sydney restaurant Arepa Oz is launching its own frozen product range of South American-style food for consumers as they shift towards more home cooking.

The range was designed to offer greater convenience as well as providing an array of different options for mealtimes and snacks.

Consumers can choose from the restaurant’s signature dishes, including arepas, cassava chips, empanadas, ripe plantains, as well as its sauces, including homemade chilli mayo, homemade garlic sauce and traditional Venezuelan avocado salsa.

“We have launched our frozen product range to give our customers greater variety for their meal repertoire, without having to leave the comfort of their own home,” said Arepa Oz co-founder Kysbel Castellanos.

“South American cuisine continues to grow in popularity and with the launch of our frozen goods, we’re excited to give more people the opportunity to sample and fall in love with the foods I grew up with.”

The product range is snapped frozen to ensure freshness, flavour and quality, and is available for purchase online from the Arepa Oz website.
