Mondelēz is bringing its highly anticipated Limited Edition Selena Gomez Oreo Cookies to Australia, after making waves in the US. Developed in collaboration with Selena Gomez and inspired by her love of horchata, the limited edition cookies are chocolate and cinnamon flavoured.

“Making my own Oreo cookie was a lot of fun. I grew up loving them, so being able to be a part of the process was a full-circle moment,” said Gomez.

“I wanted to find a way for it to feel comforting and have a bit of nostalgia from my childhood. The cinnamon flavour gives it this horchata feel, and I’m excited for my fans to try it.”

In addition to curating her personalised Oreo flavour, Gomez also created five unique embossments, including one that features her signature – the first time the Oreo brand has ever put an autograph on an Oreo cookie.

Mondelēz Australia and New Zealand vice president marketing, Ben Wicks, said Gomez’s cultural heritage, creative vision and dedicated global fan base bring a new dimension to the Oreo brand in Australia.

“This collaboration reflects our commitment to innovation and cultural relevance, offering Aussie consumers a unique, limited-edition product that celebrates connection, self -expression and a shared love of playful indulgence,” said Wicks.

The Limited Edition Selena Gomez Oreo Cookies will be available in all major Australian supermarkets, starting on 25 June, and will begin rolling out at retailers in New Zealand from 7 July, while supplies last.
