Sydney producer Riccardo the Pizza Artisan is bringing its hand-made, restaurant-quality pizzas to homes with its ready-made pizza range hitting stores around the country.

Made in Sydney’s inner-west, Riccardo’s pizzas come in Classic and Gourmet ranges and are made with ethically sourced ingredients. Its pizza bases are made with a slow fermentation process, producing a dough recipe that is rested and has a marginal amount of yeast activated before mixing.

The ready-made pizzas can be cooked in the oven between 6-8 minutes, giving consumers at home the chance to eat restaurant-quality pizza by an award-winning pizza chef.

This is the second venture developed by Riccardo Moretti, who has also operated RDM Pizza Australia for five years.

Each pizza is made by hand using the Moretti family recipe, with no additives or preservatives included in the products, and packed in 100 per cent recyclable carton packaging.

Riccardo’s pizza range includes its Classic range – Margherita, Salami, BBQ Meatlovers and Vegetarian – as well as a Gourmet range, including Peri Peri Chicken and Chipotle Mexicana.

Riccardo’s pizzas are available in select grocers and supermarkets around the country, and orders can also be placed directly through their website.
