Premium mixer brand Fever-Tree is introducing two limited-edition seasonal tonics to its range of mixers in time for the Australian summer.

Fever Tree Refreshingly Light Cucumber Tonic has a fresh and crisp taste, designed to be paired to gin, while the Fever Tree Refreshingly Light Clementine Tonic has sweet clementine flavours, balanced with undertones of cinnamon, for a taste of the Christmas season.

“We all know Australians current love affair with gin and tonic and at Fever-Tree, we are always about discovering new flavours,” said Fever-Tree Australia ambassador Trish Brew.

“This summer, it’s all about adding spicy notes or deliciously fresh cucumber tonic to your gin and we all are going to have a lot of fun mixing some great drinks this season.”

“As consumers become more curious in exploring different flavour profile and with a growing desire for healthier choices, we are introducing two tonics that speak to current drinking trends and flavour preferences.”

The two new tonics are the latest additions to the Fever-Tree portfolio of low-calorie mixers, which are free from artificial sweeteners and 32 per cent fewer calories than Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water.

The two new Fever-Tree tonics are now available from Dan Murphy’s stores nationwide for RRP$4.60.

In news that is disappointing but not surprising given the recent reports on the unfolding Qenos saga, the new owner of Qenos has placed the company into voluntary administration. The closure of the Qenos Botany facility has also been confirmed.

An agreement struck between Cleanaway and Viva Energy will see the two companies undertake a prefeasibility assessment of a circular solution for soft plastics and other hard-to-recycle plastics.
