Dairy company The Collective continues to tap into the gut health space and has released its Kefir Spoonable yoghurt range, packed with both prebiotics and probiotics across four flavours.

The Kefir Spoonable range has 13 live culture strains, is a source of calcium and protein, and has no lactose or added cane sugar.

The combination of prebiotics and probiotics work in tandem to ensure a healthy environment for the friendly bacteria to help fight against pathogens and boost the immune system.

The yoghurts are available in 150g packs across four varieties – Raspberry Acai, Blueberry Hemp, Date Cacao and Fig Ginger – designed to be a go-to snack for a “post workout fix, 3pm pick me up, or an easy breakfast addition”.

The Collective Kefir Spoonable range is now available in Woolworths and selected IGA Stores nationwide.
