Mars Food & Nutrition is releasing limited-edition Dolmio Bolognese Pasta Sauce jars featuring a Movember moustache to raise awareness for men’s health. The jars will be available exclusively at Coles supermarkets nationwide from 22 October until the end of November.

The packaging is designed in collaboration between Mars Food & Nutrition and design agency SGK, in partnership with Movember.

Mars Food & Nutrition Australia will give $50,000 to the Movember Foundation as part of the campaign.

“Movember is proud to work with Dolmio, moustaches are walking, talking billboards for men’s health and we are excited to see those moustaches with a little pasta sauce in them this hairy season,” said Kieran Ryan, Movember director of Partnership and New Business.

“For decades, Dolmio has been bringing families together around the dinner table,” said Bill Heague, Mars Food & Nutrition Australia general manager. “From the Dolmio grin to the Dolmio mo, we’re proud to turn that joy and connection into a mealtime moment, which we hope sparks important conversations about men’s health.”

Since 2003, Movember has funded more than 1,250 men’s health projects worldwide, focusing on research and improving how health services reach men. This year, Mars Food & Nutrition Australia has doubled its commitment to the Movember Foundation, with Dolmio joining MasterFoods as a charity supporter.
