The managing director of Brisbane-based facility design and construction company Wiley will be joined by Gerard’s Bistro head chef Ben Williamson for the OzHarvest CEO Cook Off on Monday.

Tom Wiley, along with more than 100 other managing directors, senior business leaders and top chefs, will feed and entertain over 1,100 people in need to raise funds for disadvantaged Australians.

Williamson, also from Brisbane, was awarded Chef of the Year in the 2017 Queensland Good Food Guide and with the help of Wiley, he will create a nutritious and gourmet meal for the attendees.

At the CEO CookOff the participants are grouped into teams and paired with celebrated chefs from Australia’s top kitchens. Each team prepares a meal under the guidance of their chef and serves it up to the disadvantaged Australians.

Williamson and Wiley will share the meal with the guests "taking the opportunity to connect, break bread and have a meaningful chat", Wiley said.
