A growing demand for more systems installations and processing solutions in the Asia Pacific has led tna to hire a new group solutions manager.

The processing equipment and solutions company has appointed John Van Duin, who already works with tna's Florigo Industry BV, to focus on processing in the Asia Pacific.

He will support them in the development of modular solutions in both processing and packaging.

Van Duin has previously worked for specialty equipment and systems suppliers in the potato and vegetable processing segments, and has experience in energy, steam and condensate systems.

Managing director Michael Green is glad Van Duin can join the tna family as part of the Florigo team.

“We've responded to increasing demand for systems installations and processing solutions in the Asia Pacific by expanding our expertise,” he said.

“With the appointment of John and our team of regional sales experts, customers in Asia Pacific now have access to 360 degrees of business solutions.”

In addition to Florigo’s patented vacuum frying and de-fatting technology, Van Duin will be responsible for FOODesign’s cookers and frying systems, such as the batch-pro 12 and the immerso-cook 16, in the Asian market.
