TasFoods says its petfood brands, Isle and Sky and Pet Treats, will benefit from its sales and distribution agreement with Natures Best (Tas) due to its “significant” retail network. Pet Solutions International is Natures Best’s parent company.

The agreement has an initial three-year term and includes Isle and Sky freeze-dried products along with new products TasFoods will develop with Natures Best.

TasFoods CEO and managing director, Joshua Fletcher said: “This is a significant step in the strategic direction for our company to be able to create a partnership with one of Australia’s largest pet food, pet treats and pet accessories business that has over 30 years’ experience in the pet industry.”

The agreement will also see Natures Best sourcing from TasFoods product waste stream to produce Isle and Sky products along with a broader range of brands within the Natures Best portfolio.

Pact Group is facing softening demand in Q4, citing Donald Trump’s tariffs, the ongoing domestic cost of living pressures, and supply chain disruption with shipping container supply tightening.
