Premiumisation in Australia's retail liquor sector will be addressed as part of a seminar program at The Drinks Industry Show in Sydney next month.
Held from 26-27 June at Sydney's Luna Park, the seminar will cover issues surrounding premiumisation and opportunities for retailers in a changing market.
The Australian Liquor Stores Association (ALSA) president Giuseppe Minissale will open the show with highlights from the second annual ALSA- IRI State of the Industry Report, looking at patterns in Australia’s $17 billion retail liquor sector.
Over 20 Australian speakers will present as part of the program, discussing the future of the drinks industry.
