PepsiCo's Smith's Snackfood business is poised to open a new pop-up called the Red Rock Deli Taste Space at Westfield Sydney.

The pop-up will see flavour experts on hand to guide consumers on a “bespoke taste journey” to “curate” their own personalised Red Rock Deli chip flavour.

The space will operate for just two weeks from Monday 16 October to Sunday 29 October, and will involve consumers in an interactive step-by-step process, including the creation of personalised labels to go on their own chip pack.

For $10, consumers receive their own chip creation presented in premium packaging to take home or share with friends as gifts.
