The Consortium for the Protection of Parmigiano-Reggiano has hired a PR firm to represent Parmesan Cheese in Australia.
The Consorzio del Formaggio Parmigiano Reggiano has appointed the local arm of the UK-based Dialogue Agency, to market Parmesan Cheese in Australia and raise awareness of food provenance.
Dialogue Agency has represented global food producers with Protected Designation of Origin (PD0s) and other certifications for the past 25 years.
Dialogue is kicking off with a showcase event next week to promote the history and provenance of Parmigiano Reggiano and introduce the Consortium to food industry representatives.
“The Dialogue Agency is delighted to have been appointed by the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium to work in Australia and we are looking forward to the exciting times ahead,” the director and owner of Dialogue Agency Cherry Haigh said.
