ICC Sydney has showcased its new culinary offering which it has launched under the Feeding Your Performance banner.

The ICC Sydney has designed the menu to drive economic impact for Sydney and regional NSW by sourcing quality five star ingredients and wines from local producers.

The Feeding Your Performance food and wine menu, which was crafted by ICC Sydney executive chef, Tony Panetta, and beverage operations and cellar manager, William Wilson, also aims to champion Sydney food and beverage to an international market, and to fuel both the body and mind of delegates attending ICC Sydney conferences.

One of the menu items showcased was Hawkesbury heirloom tomatoes, Vanella burrata, ALTO olive oil and black salt, paired with 2011 Tyrrells Stevens Semillion.
