The family-owned, Melbourne-based artisanal tea company High Tea With Harriet, took away four Golden Leaf Awards last week at the 2018 Australian International Tea Expo.

With wins in both the black and green tea categories, High Tea With Harriet’s premium loose-leaf teas were awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze awards.

Launched in 2013 from founder and director Amy McCaffery’s kitchen, High Tea With Harriet has expanded rapidly, and now produces over 20 varieties, including black, green, white, herbal, fruit and chai teas.

“We launched High Tea With Harriet with the aim of creating a range of premium quality teas, designed especially for tea lovers,” McCaffery says.

After years of frustration with the quality of tea service in cafes and restaurants, we are very proud to make premium loose leaf tea more accessible across Australia and beyond.”

High Tea With Harriet won the International Tea Expo Gold Award in the Black Tea: Flavoured – Not Earl Grey for its Melbourne Moments, a creamy chocolate caramel black tea.

The award-winning, loose-leaf tea range is served at tea-loving cafes, restaurants and tea rooms throughout Australia, and can be purchased online.
