A Queensland herb farmer and processor, Adfresh Farms, has developed and launched a new frozen herb product called Easy Cubes.

Easy Cubes are small, ready to use, frozen pop-out cube portions of fresh herbs, spices and other cooking condiments, which are made using custom-designed processing equipment.

Adfresh Farms was founded by Sebastian and Cyrene Torrisi and is based in the Mareeba fruit and vegetable growing district in Far North Queensland.

Their facility is located on the farm and can process fresh herbs within two hours from harvest in order to maintain quality and freshness.

Easy Cubes are currently available in freezer section at select retail outlets, including Coles, in Northern Queensland, but they are expected to roll out more widely.
