A raft of new products in the organic and free-from space will be on show at Fine Food Australia, demonstrating the trends and demands of the foodservice industry and its customers.

Coconut remains on trend and will feature heavily this year, and new products in the space include Pure Naturally’s cold pressed virgin coconut oil and Raw C’s world-first coconut water with protein.

Healthy drinks are another key feature. On show will be Kuvings’ cold press juicer, a brand new Yuzu juice and Mount Zero’s olive leaf tea.

The health of the planet is shaping up as another key trend, say organisers, with Bennetto’s Drinking Chocolate introducing a range of sustainable packaging made from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) recyclable board and compostable foil.

Earthens is also bringing its range of tableware made from fallen palm leaves to the event.

Decadent dessert is always in style, according to organisers, and the latest tastes will be found at the Bulla Pastry Stage from the country’s queen of chocolate, Kirsten Tibballs.

Also on show will be Bennetto Drinking Chocolate’s hot chocolate bar that melts in hot milk.

Fine Food Australia kicks off at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park from 20-23 September.
