Green's Foods, which makes products under the Green's, Lowan, Poppin, Basco and Lolly Gobble Bliss Bombs brands, is the latest food and beverage company to seek a listing on the ASX.

The company has been manufacturing and distributing food products at its plant in Sydney's Glendenning since 1978.

Last year Green's acquired the Waterwheel biscuits business, which owns brands such as Waterthins, Roccas Deli and Waterwheel, and this year it bought the Queensland-based Paradise Biscuit company.

According to an AFR report, the company will meet with fund managers ahead of a potential $120 million initial public offering.

Last month Tasmanian family-owned salmon producer Huon Aquaculture announced plans to sell a 32 per cent stake through an initial public offering on the Australian Stock Exchange to better capitalise on the booming industry.
