Frucor Suntory has announced the appointment of Alicia Ryan-Davis to the role of chief people officer to lead the people and culture functions across Oceania. Ryan-Davis joins the organisation from Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.

In her role at Frucor Suntory Ryan-Davis will ensure the business delivers on employee experience and maintains a high level of engagement as demand for the diverse product portfolio.

Frucor Suntory – Oceania CEO Darren Fullerton said ther company had built a culture that values inclusivity and provided a supportive work environment.

With over twenty years of experience, Ryan-Davis has reshaped and built executive teams, people and culture functions and company cultures during times of business transformation. In her role at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Ryan-Davis was the regional director of people and culture (Indonesia and PNG), looking after a workforce during a period of strategic transformation.

In her new position, Ryan-Davis will support the executive leadership team to drive the business growth agenda through delivering the strategic imperative required to create a high-performance culture through a broad range of leading people and culture initiatives.

Ryan-Davis said that joining the Frucor Suntory team during a period of growth and transformation in Oceania was exciting.
