Japanese influences and all things organic are shaping up to be among the key food and beverage trends to find their way to Fine Food Australia 2014, the food service trade event which returns to Melbourne in September.

According to organisers, new products being launched at the show include a new range of boutique Japanese sake from exhibitor Chefs Armoury, and a new range of Japanese ingredients including Yuzu, Cherry Blossom and Sansho Pepper from The Good Grub Hub.

Organic product launches will also be prominent, with Eco Farms launching its Absolute Organic Coconut Yoghurt at this year's event.

Other new products include Australia’s first herbal coffee, a ‘design your own’ chocolate bar concept: Mychoc, and Sustainable Whitefish Caviar.

The show takes place on 15-18 September at Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.
