Dominique Ansel, the inventor of the doughnut croissant hyrbrid known as the cronut has come up with another dessert fusion concept.

The French pastry chef previewed his chocolate chip cookie milk shot at the recent film and multimedia festival, SXSW held in Austin, Texas.

The Milk & Cookie Shot comprises a chocolate chip cookie shaped into a shot glass, served warm and filled with cold, vanilla-infused milk. Obviously, they’re designed to be eaten on the spot.

Since the Cronut, Ansel has also released the Frozen S’more – which is ice cream surrounded by blow-torched marshmallow, and the Magic Soufflé, a chocolate soufflé encased within orange-scented brioche.
