The Bundaberg Mutiny Spiced Rum bottle has reportedly reached collector's item status on Ebay due to its eye-catching design.

The Le Mac Australia Group, the company behind the printing of the rum bottle's shrink sleeve, also won it the coveted Best of Show award at the Australian Packaging Design Awards last week, as well as a gold in the Beverage and the Design categories.

Designed by branding agency Leo Burnett, the shrink sleeve features pirate motifs and seafaring imagery.

For the first time in the company's history the bottle shows no liquid – only a narrative on its packaging.

Bundaberg Mutiny Spiced Rum offers a balance of smooth vanilla and sweet spices.
