The Arnott’s Group has inducted 22 graduates to its inaugural graduate program as the business looks to grow and inspire local talent into future leaders.

With thousands of graduates applying for the program from Australian and New Zealand, the 22 selected graduates will gain experience from different areas of the business, such as creating new biscuit flavours, executing growth strategies with local suppliers, as well as driving new sustainability initiatives.

Most graduates will be based in the North Strathfield headquarters in Sydney, with some working in manufacturing sites across Western Sydney’s Huntingwood, Queensland’s Virginia, Victoria’s Shepparton, and Auckland in New Zealand.

The Arnott’s Group CEO George Zoghbi said the team was delighted by the calibre of talent Arnott’s was able to attract as graduate rates “declined due to the impacts of the pandemic”.

“We are excited about nurturing new talents and providing them with valuable experience working with some of Australia’s most iconic brands,” said Zoghbi.

The Arnott’s Group 2021 graduate Maggie Pan said she was excited to see what she has learned at university be applied in a real-life business environment.

“I chose the Arnott's Group graduate program because I really wanted to work for an organisation that was future focused,” said Pan.

“Expansion and Innovation were highlighted as key changes. This really excited me, as I knew that I wanted to work for an organisation that proactive in change and constantly evolving.”

Arnott’s ranked in at #29 in Australia’s Top 100 Food & Drink Companies 2020 report.
