Mondelez International is marking the 90th anniversary of Cadbury Cherry Ripe with a new TV commercial, the first in several years for the brand.

The commercial, which began airing on Sunday 5 October, is titled ‘Feeding the soul since 1924’ and travels back in time through the decades to Cherry Ripe’s inception in the 1920s, through the use of iconic fashion trends and home interiors.

“The new commercial is a great way to remind people that Cherry Ripe has been providing Australians with an intimate ‘me’ moment for 90 years,” Cherry Ripe marketing manager Audrey Green said.
