The Byron Bay Cookie Company collaborated with chef Christine Manfield and QANTAS to launch the Pride Cookie this month.

Manfield developed the cookie, which is a colourful, heart-shaped blend of milk chocolate chunks topped with rainbow choc drops.

The product was available on board select domestic and international Qantas flights leading up to the Mardi Gras parade.

Emilie Emond, marketing manager for the Byron Bay Cookie Company, said the team was excited when Manfield suggested creating a cookie that celebrated love, equality and pride.

The cookie has also been sold in cafes at the RRP of $3.50.
