Yellowstone Bourbon’s signature serve, Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, is now available in Australia, with a history dating back to 1872.

This premium bourbon combines two Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskies, one aged four years and another aged seven years.

Yellowstone Select Bourbon Whiskey features spicy aromas of rye toast and cinnamon spice, as well as flavours of caramel, melted butter, and leathered cherries. It has a tangy finish, with notes of burnt brown sugar and cloves.

Named in honour of America’s first national park, Yellowstone Bourbon was established in 1872 as "a whiskey for the people".

With the company's seven generations of distilling knowledge, Yellowstone Founder and Master Distiller, Stephen Beam, has a hand in every bottle thanks to his long whiskey lineage.

Yellowstone stated that for this family, whiskey isn’t just a business, but a calling, representing the rich heritage that creates the bourbon it is today.

Luxco International managing director, Greg Mefford, said that in a rapidly growing premium alcohol market, the company knew that the next step for Yellowstone would be to introduce the product to Australia.

"Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a traditional, warming whiskey that makes the most sense to be the first product we bring down under for bourbon lovers to finally get their hands on.”

Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is available from Dan Murphys for RRP $107.99.
