This year’s Woolworths Christmas range will see the return of several consumer favourites, including Lemon Myrtle Meringue and Salted Caramel Tarts.

Woolworths has also added new dessert options to its range this year, including the Rocky Road Tarts, made with a cocoa shortcrust shell, milk chocolate filling and mini marshmallows, raspberry jellies and shredded coconut, finished off with a pink chocolate drizzle.

Woolworths Food Company head of product development, Pierre De Wit, said the updated Christmas range showcased locally sourced ingredients and Australian flavours.

“We’ve also listened to customers and understand the importance of affordability and convenience this year, without having to compromise on a little bit of decadence. When it comes to the festive season, we also know our customers range from traditionalists to those who love a modern twist. So this season, we’ve made sure our range includes products for everyone,” said De Wit.

The Woolworths Christmas range will be available in-store and online until the end of the year, with additional products to be released in the lead-up to Christmas.
