Coco Pops fans can now enjoy the cereal in a white chocolate flavour, as Kellogg’s launches the product in Australia for the first time.

Coco Pops brand manager at Kellogg’s ANZ Derek Lau said the new Coco Pops White Choc cereal was in response to consumer demand and the growing desire for white chocolate varieties of popular foods.

“We wanted to see if it was possible to create a white choc flavoured Coco Pops that tastes as good as the original,” said Lau.

“Our food developers have paired the simple goodness of puffed rice with a delicious white choc flavour. Using caramel and marshmallow milk notes, we have created a unique Coco Pops taste inspired by the sweet sensation of crème brulee and pana cotta.”

The new Coco Pops White Choc cereal is now available in Woolworths stores for RRP $5.40, and will be available in Metcash IGA stores from April, and Coles from May.

Packaging News

ACOR is calling on the Government to urgently introduce packaging reforms or risk the collapse of Australia’s plastic recycling sector and face millions of tonnes of plastic waste polluting the environment.

As 2025 draws to a close, it is clear the packaging sector has undergone one of its most consequential years in over a decade. Consolidation at the top, restructuring in the middle, and bold innovation at the edges have reshaped the industry’s horizons. At the same time, regulators, brand owners and recyclers have inched closer to a new circular operating model, even as policy clarity remains elusive.
