Condiment company Truff has launched a Black Truffle Oil in a brief detour from its hot sauces.

The full-bodied olive oil is blended with Truff’s signature black winter truffle to let the organic truffle richness shine through. Add a few drops to your favourite pizza, go-to pasta, or roasted veggies to instantly add depth and dimension to any mundane meal.

Truff Australia and New Zealand co-director Steve Pirone said go-to pantry items don’t have to be boring.

“We’re committed to continuously innovating and adding a sense of luxury to all of our customers’ kitchens – mostly with a kick, of course. Black Truffle Oil is the newest in our line-up of best-selling products, with the same distinct premium quality,” Pirone said.

Truff Black Truffle Oil is RRP $39.95. Head to the website to order and find stockists.
